When a group gets beyond six people, most minicab firms will send two or three cars. That works, but the cars rarely arrive together, fares add up and someone always ends up at the wrong door. A 7 or 8 seater vehicle keeps everyone together, from the moment you are picked up to the moment you arrive.

Group airport transfers
Groups heading off together, whether for a stag or hen weekend, a sports tour or an extended family holiday, often book a 7 seater to the airport. The drive to Stansted or Luton is long, so travelling together makes it more fun and easier to manage. Tell us how much luggage you have, as a full vehicle has less boot space.
Matchdays and concerts
Selhurst Park is only a short drive from Gipsy Hill, and further afield Wembley, the O2 and the big concert venues across London draw groups throughout the year. A 7 seater there and back means everyone arrives together and nobody has to drive.
Weddings, parties and nights out
Getting a group of friends into town for a birthday, or guests to a wedding reception, is easier when everyone travels in one vehicle. Book the return journey at the same time so the car is ready when the evening ends.
Corporate and team travel
Teams travelling to a conference, an away day or a client visit can move together. Ask us about receipts for business travel.
Planning a group booking
- Tell us the exact number of passengers, including children.
- Tell us how many large suitcases and other bags you have.
- Give us all pick-up addresses if the group is not starting from one place.
- Let us know about child seats, which are available on request.
With this information we can quote a fixed fare and make sure the vehicle suits the group. If the luggage is too much for one vehicle, we will tell you honestly and suggest an extra car.
7 seater or 6 seater?
For groups of six or fewer, our 6 seater taxi may be all you need. For seven or eight people, or a group of six with a lot of luggage, the 7/8 seater is the better choice.
Getting home after the event
The trip out is easy to plan; the journey home is where groups come unstuck. Venues empty all at once, phones run low and taxis are hard to find. We suggest agreeing a pick-up point a short walk from the main exit, where the driver can stop safely, and sharing the driver's number with one person in the group. If the evening runs late, a quick call to 020 8659 9999 lets us adjust the time.
For regular groups, such as a five-a-side team, a choir or a club heading to away fixtures, we can take repeat bookings so the vehicle is arranged each week without anyone needing to remember.

With every seat full, luggage space is limited. Tell us how many cases you have and we will confirm whether one vehicle is enough.

Yes. Give us all the addresses when booking and we will plan the route and quote a fixed fare.
